IMPORTANT NOTICE: In the face of the existential crises facing humanity, the people behind the WTN have redirected their energy to a new organization, The Global Partnership for Civic Engagement (motto: “Rethinking Civilization Together”) — seeking to identify and scale up the most impactful systemic innovations and new ideas relating to all aspects of civilization.

Although the World Technology Awards are no longer operating, the Global Partnership has launched the Rethinking Civilization Awards in ten categories (including, of course, “Science & Technology”). Please visit www.theglobalpartnership.org to nominate and/or for more information. We hope to see you there.

“The World Technology Network (WTN) - founded in 1997 (and perhaps best known for its annual World Technology Awards program and various World Technology Summits) operated a curated awards community comprised of the world's most innovative individuals and organizations in science, technology, and related fields. The WTN and its honorees – those creating the 21st century – were focused on exploring what is imminent, possible, and important in and around emerging technologies. We, together, provided an extraordinary glimpse of our possible futures.”

James P. Clark, Founder & CEO
